Shipping

All orders ship from Portland, Oregon. Processing time is 2–4 business days for in-stock items; made-to-order pieces (cone hats) ship in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International shipping is available; rates calculated at checkout. Tracking is included on all orders.

Returns

Print-on-demand items (calendars, cards) are made to order and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Made-to-order and handmade items (cone hats) are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, email within 7 days with a photo and your order details. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, get in touch and we'll investigate. Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be reshipped.
